Camp and Group Class Cancellation Policies

Missing Classes:
Musikgarten, Music Immersion, and Pre-Instruments: If you need to miss a class during your regular day and time, you may make it up at another day and time. You may make up either the same class, or the class bracket below your class (i.e. Pre-Instruments may utilize a Music Immersion class as a make-up). Please e-mail us at [email protected] to request a make-up class. All missed classes must be made up in the same semester that you are enrolled in.
Camp Payments:
Payments for all camps are non-refundable. However, if you need to switch to a different camp during the same season, you may do so, pending camp availability and with two weeks’ notice.
Switching Classes:
If you need to switch classes during the semester, we will do our best to accommodate your request if the class is the same curriculum and there is space available.
Group Class Payments:
Payments for all classes are non-refundable. However, if you have to cancel a class within the first three weeks, we will issue a 50% credit to your account to be used for a future classes. After three weeks, no refund or credit will be issued.
Policies for Musikgarten, Music Immersion, and Pre-Instruments:
- Cancellation: Don’t be deterred by the long-looking “semesters”. Only one month’s notice is required to stop or pause via e-mail to [email protected].
- Registration Fee: A $35 registration fee will be assessed when you register and annually on September 1st. This will cover your registration and your instrument pack for the class! If you register for the holiday session and roll over into January, your registration fee is waived!
- Missed Classes: If you need to miss a class during your regular day and time, you may make it up at another day and time. You may makeup either the same class, or the class bracket below your class (i.e. Pre-Instruments may utilize a Music Immersion class as a make-up). - Switching Classes: If you need to switch classes or level up, we will do our best to accommodate your request as long as there is space available.
- If you join mid-month, your fee will be pro-rated.
- Weeks Off: Week of December 25th, Week of May 29th, Week of September 4th
- Days Off: Your teacher may take up to 3 days off during the year, and you will occasionally have a substitute. You may join another class the week of an off day, but if you can’t make it, don’t stress. The days off are already calculated into your flat-rate monthly fee.
- Inclement Weather: On inclement weather days, please check your e-mails and social media. If it is unsafe to drive to the studio, we will hold classes virtually! A link will be sent to your e-mail.
